Quantum Edge offers a powerful, expiriential augmentation to leadership development programs. Our presentations and seminars have been used by leadership centers and educational institutions across the nation to help developing leaders to establish an energetic presence and to deepen their relationship and communication skills.
A nationally renowned leadership development program wanted a unique approach to studying the application of the new sciences to business. Quantum Edge created a two day experiential seminar introducing these radical perspectives on leading change. Using Aikido exercises to enable participants to embody the principles of complexity, living systems and quantum physics, an inquiry was then made into their business implications.

After five years, Aikido remains central to this leading edge curriculum. Participants consistently report that the Quantum Edge session is the most powerful session of their fellowship and that it has had a profoundly positive effect on both their personal lives and their businesses.
