Leadership Mastery Development

The CEO of a successful infrastructure development firm in telecommunications wanted to grow his company into the industry leader. He invited Quantum Edge to prepare him and his leadership team for the challenge. In our initial meeting the CEO realized that to revitalize the company’s vision and commitment, he first needed to rekindle his own.

Ensuing one-to-one coaching dialogues enabled the CEO to declare for a new vision and new priorities for his life. Quantum Edge’s unique Energy Mastery Assessment helped him define personal growth commitments regarding the voicing of his vision, the deepening of his family relationships and the establishment of a personal mastery practice emphasizing spacious contemplation, physical centering under pressure, increased exercise and more balanced nutrition.

To empower his organization to change, Quantum Edge conducted strategic development dialogues with both his senior and extended leadership teams that generated a new, five year vision for the company and set strategic initiatives to increase performance quality as well as business profitability. To assure implementation of the strategy, a system of management by quarterly objectives was created to maintain accountability across the organization, and a set of professional development goals was set for each team and every team member.

Within months, the executive team had reconstituted itself to improve operational effectiveness and drive new business. In addition, the CEO and his team adopted a less command and control management approach and now practiced a more collaborative, inquiry oriented leadership style based in their developing dialogue skills. By mid-year a breakthrough in business development was achieved when a major customer signed a new, more profitable, value based contract, and by year’s end, all revenue goals had been met.

The CEO reported a new sense of purpose in his life, stronger family relations, achievement of his weight loss goals and a successful marathon run.
