CHANGE MASTERY PRESENTATIONS -- AIKIDO

Mastery of change requires awareness of the need for change and the ability to shift to a mind of possibility. Aikido, the Art of Peace, literally means the way (do) of harmonizing (ai) with the spirit of the universe (ki). The application of Aikido principles integrates the mind, body and spirit into harmonious relationship and intuitive action.

Quantum Edge has provided hundreds of presentations to large and small groups over the years -- both corporate and public. Our key presenters have a combined experience of over 50 years in the teaching of the art.

A learning consortium for a group of growing high tech companies in the southeast needed a lively speaker for its annual conference on leadership. Using Aikido as a metaphor for Servant Leadership, four men and women from Quantum Edge amazed over 800 people with an exciting demonstration of mastery in the face of complex change.

The audience experienced fun practices for centering their energy and harmonizing with change and then participated in a rich dialogue to define their own business applications. The conference planners were delighted by the lively involvement of the participants and their enthusiastic session feedback.
