An international sales and manufacturing executive changed companies and faced the challenge of coalescing seven separate country operations in the Pacific into a cohesive regional entity. Increasing the difficulty, his new executive team was in conflict with his style and resisting the needed changes.

Quantum Edge provided personal coaching for the leader and aided in an initial team development retreat. There the leader and his country managers established a unified vision and agreed on core values by which they could collaborate for the breakthrough results their market demanded.

This success caused the leader to commit to ongoing coaching for himself and quarterly retreats for his team throughout the year. By year's end the Pacific region led the entire company in sales. Within five years the leader was hired as president of a three billion dollar company based in Japan.
