CONFLICT MASTERY SEMINAR
Conflict mastery is the mastery of change. The essence of Aikido is non-resistance to change. Any conflict signals change. In Aikido, conflict is seen not as a struggle but as a dance . . . an opportunity for creative learning and spontaneous action.
As a way to capitalize on the differing cultural strengths of several recently acquired companies, a large telecommunications corporation decided to offer its people a special communications training in constructive contention.

Quantum Edge helped design, test and train the trainers for a skills course that developed personal energy mastery, deep listening, effective advocacy of one's views and creative collaboration. The pilot sessions were so successful that the training was immediately implemented throughout a major division of the company .
This Quantum Edge seminar develops proactive skills for relationship building. Dialogue and deep listening tools for authentic conversation are practiced in the group. Participants come to see breakdowns as opportunities for breakthrough, and together we establish a process for principled negotiations. Participants then practice these tools in a role play environment and commit to using them in real situations following the seminar.
